GreenPro certification aligns with internationally accepted standards for environmental labelling and is recognised as a Type – 1 Ecolabel. It is awarded by the CII-Green Products and Services Council – a respected body promoting sustainable practices.
The GreenPro certification on a product gives end users in the building sector and manufacturing industries and the assessment that they are choosing the right products, materials and technologies to reduce carbon footprints during the construction, operation and maintenance of their buildings and factories.
GreenPro Ecolabel is accredited by Global Ecolabelling Network (GEN) through GENICES – GEN’s Internationally Coordinated Ecolabelling System.
It evaluates products across their entire lifecycle—from raw material sourcing to disposal—ensuring they meet stringent environmental performance benchmarks. Products certified under GreenPro are recognised for:
- Low environmental impact
- Energy and water efficiency
- Toxicity-free composition
- Support for circular economy principles
- Alignment with national and international green building standards
